MCC Structures - A Key Component of the Process

Test fitting a completely retrofitted bucket into its structure is an important part of the process. EWC is able to mount the bucket and door to determine if it fits properly and will install easily on-site.

EWCs inventory includes structures from most manufacturers including the following models: GE7000, GE7098, GE8000, Westinghouse 5-Star, the rare Klockner-Moeller, ITE Continental, Square D Model 4, Allen-Bradley...etc.

Klockner-Moeller
Klockner-Moeller MCC buckets are incredibly difficult to find of the aftermarket. Structures are even more difficult to find. We have one.

If the customer does not have any spares available EWC is able to create a backpanel retrofit that can be installed on site with a minimal outage. We then test fit the panel to our structure at the shop to ensure easy installation.

GE7000, 7098, 8000
EWC is unique in that we have inventory of used MCC buckets to retrofit and an extensive network of aftermarket dealers to turn to if needed.

GE structures and buckets are prevalent in the industry and easily retrofitted with new components to bring another 20 years of service to the application.

ITE Continental
Numerous ITE Continental  MCCs are still in use today, even though they date back to 1970 and some Continental units go back even farther. EWC has successfully retrofitted numerous Continental buckets providing these customers with continual operations and minimal downtime.
